Picked up some Rib-eyes from the Fresh market, as well as some baby-backs. But in the past I have only been able to destroy/cremate/ruin the baby-backs :smt013 ---so it looks like the rib-eyes today.

London Broil in steak dust, cracked peppercorns, and kosher salt.

Quick seared on all sides now slow cooking in foil.

The burgers will go on in a few.

Slaw and sweet potato fries on the side.
Yesterday it was taboo today it is normal what the heck will they be doing tomorrow?

Wrap them in tin foil, never burn em again!!! The last ten minutes or so, add your sauce, close em back up and keep em sealed until you eat em!!
