24' Inboard Lobster boat for sale

My dad is parting with his 24' Eastporter lobster boat. Has a Cummins 4BT diesel inboard engine with less than 200 hours on it bought new about 7 years ago. He bought the boat new back about 1978ish. Would make a great crab boat. The bow deck needs some reinforcing and otherwise she just needs somebody to give her some TLC. Dad is 80 now and would rather relax than work on fixing her up. He wants $10000 and that includes the trailer. If I remember right he paid $8000 for the engine alone. She cranks right up. I can get more specifics if interested.
