Had another great day going offshore with Tyler and Chris.
We fished near O-Tower in 80 feet of water.
Caught fish on Squid, Spanish sardines and live bait.

The morning was wet- we ran around a few storms on the way out.
I was looking down tying rigs as we pounded through waves and got a little sea sick.
First time I ever remember feeling like that.
Never lost my cookies but it stunk for about an hour!!!

Thankfully it calmed down and we had great seas for the afternoon.
The First Red Grouper made me feel a little better :D

Then got a lane snapper they are :lick:

Chris and I doubled up on Gag and Red Snapper

Chris caught a just under size Scamp

Me with the Big fish of the day- nice Red

It was about to eat Tyler

Also caught Grunts Black Sea Bass and Jolt Head Porgy.
And another new species for us- A Red Porgy: Good food fish.

Fine day on a great boat with two good guys-
I'm tired and thankful to have another opportunity to chase fish offshore!

bman, Chumming is supposed to take place outside the boat! Doesn't do anybody any good inside teh vessel..

Looks like some fun.

Nice day for sure. Pretty sure that is a Lane Snapper and not a vermillion.

Totally correct- I just edited the post.
I was looking at an identification site and got the names mixed up!
