Looks like I came to Savannah for nothing

Not really. good to see family but we've had nearly 6.5 inches of rain since getting here this morning. Tomorrow is 90% chance... So much for redfishing in the marsh grass on the 8+ foot tide. Maybe it will break.

Been having nasty thunder storms off and on since we got down here to Daytona Beach. Watched a sailboat try to outrun yesterday with the mainsail and jib both up and full out. From the looks of his boat when it hit him, I imagine some cleaning of drawers was to be had after it passed :o

Sounds like your BIL has a good head on his shoulders. There is way to much electricity in the air this time of year when the rain storms come through.
You will get another chance some day. Enjoy your visit with the family.
