Today St. Marks 11/04/07

Post by Parrothead »

Went today to catch some redfish. Started around some creeks and oyster bars with top water. NADA. Switched to Gulp new penny flukes. ThenI nailed this thing just south of Rock Island .Image[/img]

Then on my next cast.Image [/img]
Then my son loses a huge flounder at the boat. Dang!
Then I catch #3Image
Now its three in a row. Dang. Then two come unbuttoned at the boat. Son loses another. I switched tackle with him to see if that would help and I wanted to catch something on my new Calcutta anyway. I think that must have jinx things because the stopped then.
Oh well still a good day, three trout 21"/19.5" & 16" on three cast
Dang!!! :o

Nice trout. Hate to lose 'em at the boat.
If we are not supposed to eat animals, why are they made out of meat?
