Sheephead around Spring creek

Post by flounderpounder »

Woke up fairly early and struck out to find some Sheepies. I fished the outgoing tide of oysterbars. We caught and released 20-25 fish and kept 5. Most of the fish we caught wer right at the slot. I did manage a few decent eaters between 1#-3#. We also caught a few trout, a red and 2 dink flounder. Overall pretty good day. Back at the house before football starts.

Suuweet. Man, it must be nice to be so close to the water (salt water, that is). Thanks for the report.
