Everyone should be required to read Stu Apte's article in the Dec/Jan Shallow Water Angler on "A Call for Courtesy" - A one page article that applies to boating etiquette on the flats and in general.

Thanks for the heads up. Always good to spread informational articles on flats etiquette.

Hopefully this won't derail your thread, but am I undertanding correctly that you and BD are fishing the Redfish Cup in '08 (either in its entirety or selected tournaments)?

If so, good luck and please keep us updated as to how it goes!

I guess entry fees are the only thing holding 'em back, b/c they sure couldn't complain that they didn't have the right boat or equipment....
