Lanark 1/6

Post by noleflyfisher »

On at 9:00, off at 4:00. FIshed the rise and saw an unbelievable amount of trout in some real skinny water. Many schools of 30+ fish. Most fish in the 17-20 inch range. They were tough but I managed to land about 12-15 up to 24 inches. Reds were few and far between which I thought was unusual. Ended the day with five up to 26 inches. Bonus fish of the day, my nemesis, the sheepshead.
