Rest in peace, part II
My wife's brother passed away in the night due to the colon cancer he has been battling for the last 3.5 years. Thank you all for your many prayers and your encouragement during Billy's illness.

Billy was a devoted husband, loving father, faithful son, cherished brother and a true example of a Christian man to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Billy was born August 10, 1954 and has resided in Jasper, Florida for his entire life. Billy was employed by Southern Railroad in Valdosta, Georgia as a signal maintainer for 27 years. Billy was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Jasper, Florida where he was willing to carry out any duty for the cause of Christ. Billy is survived by his lifelong loving wife, Vicky Lee Norris of 32 years. Billy had one daughter, Yvette Renee Myers (Donnie) of Ames, Iowa, two grandsons, Dalton Weston Anderson and Danny Myers. Surviving family includes father, Bill Bruce Norris of Jasper, brother, James Alan Norris (Amy) of Jasper, Florida; sister, Sylvia Norris Manley (Scott) of Valdosta, Georgia; brother, Timothy Corbett Norris (Brenda) of Jasper, Florida and Kimberly Norris Evans (Billy) of Jasper, Florida. I'm sure there is sorrow for those left behind.
I will be lifting them up. I guess it's just a sign of getting older but it seems like I know so many folks going through the battle right now. It could be any of us, barhop pretty much nailed it.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

It may be that my sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
