It's crazy how much you learn the longer you are at it and talk to other folks who are in it as well.

I'm still fairly new to fishing this area and learning how to fish Apalachee Bay. The only thing that would have changed had I done fishing reports growing up fishing East Bay in PC would have been if I used a yellow or white grub on my red jig head. 8)

That was a long time ago 6'-9' of water is offshore for you isn't it?

Used grubs with Cajun Thunder popping cork and about 3-4 foot of leader.

Nice BD!!

I saw a 30" redfish caught on a Cajun Thunder in 12" of water last Friday!!! I thought my days of using those clunky tourist corks were over, but I am a born again believer after seeing that monster running wide open, mud flying, and having my buddy brag for the rest of the afternoon!!! :thumbup:

TK is a big believer in the CT for reds....Chalk and I have both seen him bring'em in using 1.

Hells yeah! You know it. A pink CT with a 12 inch leader, 1/8 oz jig head with a glow grub will get em'.

I've seen him catch trout with one of them pink CT's.

"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
