Lake Hall - Sunday Feb 24

Late report on Lake Hall - I fished Sunday and it was slow, 1 bass on a jerkbait and 1 bream on a fly. The water on Lake Hall was up about 2 feet after the rain. It was still very clear (8'-12' visibility)on the west end of the lake, but murky on the eastern side near the private homes and Thomasville Road. There, the water was cloudy with lots of suspended silt. The visibility was about 1/3 of the western side. I did catch the two fish in the murky water - I figured it was probably a little warmer than the clear water plus they didn't get a good look at the lure. Hopefully, the rain will continue.
