I put Blackend fish seasoning on everything.
Tuna, I roll it around in EVO and sprinkel with what ever, salt peper and garlic powder then grill on a very hot grill, do not over cook needs to be pink in the middle yum!

Fresh TUNA should be raw in the middle. But, I guess the further NORTH you get the more PINK it should be.
WHOSE FISH IS IT?

Fixed that for you.Jumptrout51 wrote:Fresh TUNA should be raw
If you must apply heat, cut into 2 inch thick slices, marinade in soy sauce and ginger. Roll in sesame seeds and cook over the hottest flame you can for about 30 seconds per side.

I thought he said store bought, (like Publix?) the further south you go the more that sounds like fresh?Jumptrout51 wrote:Fresh TUNA should be raw in the middle. But, I guess the further NORTH you get the more PINK it should be.

What do you call the south bound end of a north bound mule, Jumptrout's portrait?
