Tuna Recipes Anyone

I have'nt been fishing in so long I have resorted to store bought fish. Anyone care to share a good Tuna recipe?

I put Blackend fish seasoning on everything.

Tuna, I roll it around in EVO and sprinkel with what ever, salt peper and garlic powder then grill on a very hot grill, do not over cook needs to be pink in the middle yum!

I open the can and mix it with pickle juice and mayonaisse.

Fresh TUNA should be raw in the middle. But, I guess the further NORTH you get the more PINK it should be.

Fixed that for you.

If you must apply heat, cut into 2 inch thick slices, marinade in soy sauce and ginger. Roll in sesame seeds and cook over the hottest flame you can for about 30 seconds per side.

I thought he said store bought, (like Publix?) the further south you go the more that sounds like fresh?

So I guess where you live mullet roe is caviar?
