Need a used transom mount trolling motor.
A guest wrapped a couple hundred yards of line in the shaft of mine seal ruined and to old to be worth fixing according to the shop.
It will go on a Bass Tracker so it only needs to be 12 volt and not to high in #'s thrust.

Mess....it is so easy to fix...the seals from Johnson Outboards are about $7
If you release them they will grow!!!!

I have some trolling motor parts at the house. What type of motor do you have?
