What's does a blown cylinder mean? This is a V-4 and one cylinder needs the rings replaced and the cylinder sleeve honed out or what?

my understanding is needs to be bored with new piston
engine is at mike's marine down in panacea - if you are interested call down there and ask for mike senior and he can give you more specific details on condition, etc
