St. Marks 3/21/08
SeaSpot and I launched from the LH around 8:30 Friday morning. We fished 9 spots between St. Marks and the Econfina River. Logged 43.9 miles on the GPS. Ended the day with 2 trout to 17"-18" and 5 reds to 22". Terribly slow day. I'm blaming it on the flood tide, the huge full moon at night, and the banana SeaSpot ate at the store Friday morning.
Caught'em on jigs, spoons, and spinners.
Saw plenty of these guys
Enjoyed the company Seaspot. Can't wait til next time.

excellent. I saw scallops yesterday too. It was rough fishing yesterday. But I'll take rough fishing over most anything else any.

Maybe a slow day to an old pro , but a pretty decent day by my standards.
Work, weather and other circumstances have conspired to keep me off the water lately.
Thanks for the reports and pictures. Brings back good memories.
