Fished with Aubill in the NFGFC tournament and started the day off with a fat 19.75" Trout on a 1/8 oz Red DOA jighead with Rootbeer and Chartreuse tail DOA CAL paddle tail, and Aubill started with a 16" Trout. We fished a little longer nside and managed to catch a lot of shorts fishing jig heads and plastics. Not much happened so we went out on the flats and site cast to Redfish. Capt Mikes 1/4 oz Pink Weedless works wonders. I caught a few and lost one after I got him in the boat. Lost a few at the boat and got one in that measured 24" and weighed 5.85 lbs at the scale. Continued to catch more short trout and went back inside of Dallus Creek. Hooked up with a 16" flounder on a 1/8 Red DOA jighead and 4" Glow Gulp Swimming Minnow, and went back to the weigh in to cash in on the biggest Redfish pot. Pretty good day. Best part was I had a 59.75" slam so the outlook is good for everyone this next weekend at the tournament.

So it wasn't enough to make fishing reports for a day or two in advance, you're now doing it 1,000 years in advance and including pictures. That's just cocky man...
Seriously though, nice redfish, which I think we all expected from you, and good job on the species diversity! Thanks for the report.
Mookbait! At least 401 times better than live bait!
