We have 3 openings in a qdm club. The club has been going for 20 yrs. We have a nice camp with elec,water hookups for campers. We have approx 2500 acres of hardwoods ,big timber,creek swamp, planted pines,pecan orchard,fields. We will have 17 total members. This lease is with a individual not a timber company and we just signed a new lease for the next 3 yrs for the same price. Dues will be $1700.00 that includes electric and foodplots and we can alos tukey hunt on approx 1100 acres of our lease.The lease is located in blakely georgia which is early county
