Just go word that the Whiting and Pomps are on in the surf-
A buddy's buddy caught 30 whiting and 6 pomps on Saturday on the west side.
Anyone confirm?

I was down there this weekend towards the west and didn't see anyone catching much of anything on Saturday. On Sunday, I caught some whiting, tons of catfish, and a bonnethead shark. The folks fishing around me didn't catch any pompano either, maybe we were just in the wrong spot.
