Apalachicola Boat Ramp?

Does any one know if the Apalachicola ramp is still under construction? Or am I still gonna have to use the dirt ramp on St. George?
Any Info is much appreciated

I was there 2 weeks ago and it was still under construction. If you want you can pay five dollars and put in at Scipio creek. :thumbup:
