Yes. We were working a deal with the FL Wildlife Federation but needed to do a 1031 and our time was going to run out before they could cut a check so we worked a deal with Jim to bridge it. The FWF owns it now as conservation land (they also have big plans in the works now that they own it).

I could write a novel on what that property went through in the past 2 years.
