Headed out about 7:00 a.m for the ride North to the usual stopping area. Water is realy stanined and could not see the bottom in 4 ft, and floating grass everywhere. :o We tried 4ft to 8ft and could only manage 1 hardhead, and a very small shark. At about 10:30 everything died. No water movement, no wind, zero...Flat as could be. :( Gave it 30 more minutes then decided to go back South. Water much clearer, but the bite still very slow. One more hardhead and a small Trout, and that was it for the day. A ton of freakin boats there, must have been more people in the water than fish. :D

Sounds just like my last trip to keaton. No fish and got run out by badd weather. How long will the blasted grass and dirty water last?

Well the water was clearer South than North, however I don't know about that grass.
