Spent a tough 4 days on the bay when we got back from watching the "good ole boys" make left turns in Daytona. Used Presnell's boat ramp everyday and fished mostly from Blacks Island to the sw end of the bay, did fish a little up the west side of the bay. Caught 2 keeper trout in the 4 days. A 17" on topwater (gold chugbug) and a really nice 29" gator on a live pilcher. Only found redfish 1 day and broke off twice before they disappeared. Water is really stained now and there is lots of floating grass. Saw a lot of dolphins and had 2 manatees swim right up to the boat. Tough fishing conditions but it was better than working.
