Crustacean Sunday

Post by Chalk »

Playing around with some spectrablend antron that I got at Orvis.

clockwise - green baboon, sand flea (forgot the hackle  ), brown and tan crab, ginger and tan crab, brown and tan crab - all tied wool sculpin style - tan and brown crab tied merkin style (the spectrablend) and legs.

I really like the way the spectrablend "blends" - got some plans for a juvenile stone crab pattern - same fly as below but layering the spectrablend.

5 of the 6 look the same to me but they do look nice.
