Flats time...

Post by FlatCrazy »

A friend of mine claims to have caught a few nice trout out on the flats in West Bay yesterday using top water. And by flats I do not mean at the entrance to the steam plant or creek mouths. Anyone else have any reports of trout on the flats? It seems a little early, but I guess this warm weather may have moved the bigger fish out of the creeks and bayous.

I have no choice but to scratch this itch this weekend and see for myself. salute3

Me either. All of them we found were hanging around structure of some kind.
