Top Notch! Sent in 2 rods that needed new rings in the guides, they said cut it into small pieces and mail back and they would send new ones... these are 3 year old Redbones.. got new ones last night, 6 days later.

What they probably do is unroll the pieces (takes a good bit of heat) and then reform the scrap into another blank. Quite a few companies do that.
