4/4: Rusty Water Reds

Post by FinsNGrins »

Picked off a few reds in shallow tanic water using dark green Exude shrimp. The first group of fish we saw were all toads! Led the bigger one by a good 5 yards and it darted after it. The second fish broke from the school about 20 ft. and ate right at the boat. My buddy got a nice 25in. red to boat on a jerkbait. Got two trout 15in. and 19in. We also lost two reds. All fish were released.
