Capt Kelly Windes is the best if you get an open date.
Capt Steve Hausler would be my second choice.
The Destin Princess, a fast and comfortable 60 ' catamaran, is the best head boat if you want to take out the entire family and catch fish.
The New Florida Girl is the last of the original design Destin head boats from the 60's and Capt Westbrook will put you on the fish and his wife Susie cooks a mean hamburger in the galley.
It's a slow boat but a great trip down memory lane.

Capt. Kelly is a good friend of mine. I can almost bet he is booked. If not, he is the best in the area. We used him before we bought the Cattle-Lac.
