Got a classic 17-foot Whaler Montauk with a 100 Merc. It flies. The boat is a 1970 hull and sound as the day it was glued together. Gonna pass on St. Joe. Don't know the water.

Progessive Insurance is controlled by the 2nd most liberal man in America. I wouldn't buy it on a bet.

State Farm has told me that they no longer write policys for boats.
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

Progressive has been great for me. Been through 3 lower units and they have been wonderful...Who cares about politcal believes if they get the job done, they get the job done.

Thanks all. Spoke with State Farm and they don't do boats now. Also got tips on the Earl Bacon Agency. Will also contact Progressive.
