Dolphin

Does anyone know the closest place to catch a Dolphin. I heard they can be caught near shore trolling in the summer time. Is this a Snipe hunt?

My coworker got 14 chickens the other day inside 10 miles from the Panama City pass

Go to any of the public bridge spans, hook some nice grouper or the almost extinct red snapper and all the "dolphin" you ever wanted will find you!

3 miles off PCB will get you into the start (mostly peanuts).

3+ miles into Atlantic will get you bigger quicker.

Anyone caught any out of Carrabelle?
