Would I regret going with a 6' power-pole instead of an 8' power-pole?
Performance and longevity wise, is an aluminum trailer worth the extra $$$ versus a galvanized trailer?
Thanks for your help.

Aluminum trailer for sure if you want it to last...
most Auburn guys I know brag they were born with "power poles" but they had to take "extension" courses from Bama to find out how to use them!
Oh well...its Friday morning and 60+/- days till college football starts again.
Seriously, given the choice I'd go with the 8' just for that extra depth around some creek holes...

Aluminum trailer is the only way to go around salt
the only consideration with the pole is does the longer one take up more space

Go aluminum on the trailer and 8' on the Power Pole.
