Any body know anything about PANGA boats?

Stumbled across this site. Don't know much about the Boat or where it is made/comes from. Sounds good but we all know about that and we're always looking for that "do it all boat". Anybody got any input

I found one on boattrader.com for sale. It is a 2003 used once it said and the guy was asking $15,000. If I run across the link again I will post it. Doesn't appear to be alot of free board though. I doubt it would be an offshore boat.
