BirdDog / BarHopper either of you planning on fishing?
If a group of folks are going to be over there it may be fun to get together for a couple drinks or a trip to the Raw Bar. Food and beer may even entice JT to drive over.

Re: Bayou Bash....july 25
BG-I saw them weighing the catfish last year and didn't really get the point. People spend all day catching cats and throwing them in five-gallon buckets....seems pretty wastefull. Might be a good category for JT thoughBayGator wrote:The categories are big trout, redfish (spots), spanish mackeral, most catfish by a single angler, and a mystery fish (TBA).
Any idea what the mystery fish was last year? is it usually a "trash fish"?

Yeah somebody brought in like 400 lbs of catfish last year, it is rediculous. I have not heard what the mystery fish is yet, but I imagine it won't be anything worth catching.
