Anyone ever use their repair service? I was wondering how quick their turn around is. Broken hinge... :(

When I was down in Panama City Beach a few weeks ago I bought a pair of Kaenon's and the guy told me it was 6-8 weeks on turn around for Costa repair. Haven't sent them back yet though....

Never took more than 2-3 weeks the 4 times I sent my pair back. Most expensive pair of shades I've ever had.

I have some that are in their repair lab now. I sent them off on July 2nd and I just checked the repair status on line and they were shipped back to me yesterday. :jester_1

Same here, spoke to service dept. last week and it will be 3-4 weeks. Great glasses but turnaround time sucks. Bought my wife a pair of Costa's at bass pro this weekend and took her H2optics for my backup pair. Hard to fish without some good glasses.

I've sent mine back once or twice and they've never taken more than 3 weeks to get back.

I sent mine back because the rubber was coming off of ONE of the arms. Two weeks later I got back a brand new pair (well kinda, they put my old lens in new frames). Cost me $9.00 plus shipping.

Never had them but Costa Del Mar owns them. They should be pretty good.
