Lowrance problem

I believe I saw a post about this problem on here a few months ago but I can not find it and I am not real sure this is where I saw it.

I have a LCX 111HD and all of a sudden when I turn it on all that it does is show the beginning lowrance splash screen. If I leave it on every minute or so the screen will flicker but thats about it. I can't turn it off at this point without completely shutting the power off to the unit.

Has anyone ever had this problem or do you remember seeing the post about it.

Corrupted files probably.
Download this update, even if you have loaded it before and run it. Seems I read on another forum that this works for the symptoms you got.
