You could use some planers until you find some.
if you plan on using mono to troll down riggers with, be sure and get the metal reels. Mono will expand and break the plastic reels.
Cannon has come out with new (white model) down riggers with metal reels.

Why Mono you ask? Cable gives off a hum in the water that does bother some game fish. King fishermen use Mono a lot.
