Speck trolling tips

Going speck trollin this Friday at baymeadows in douglas. Need some tips on trollin.

1. What kind of rig do i need to use.

2. How deep do i need to fish.

3. Wheres the best place to fish. ( Open water or near grass and stuff.)

4. How fast do i need to troll.

5. Should i troll with the motor or trollin motor.

And so on.

When you put in at the ramp, go past the island and take the left arm. That will lead you into an area of stumps, trees and a bridge. I would start there. Go slow, it can get shallow in spots... There are some canals hidden behind those trees. You can try them also.

Folks have also had luck around the island area.

Mrs. Dubble used to live in Bay Meadows....Very nice subdivision, and a super lake.

Anybody remember when it was called Holiday Beach? Many a country star has sung there.

Thanks Dubble i live in baymeadows but i never took the time to speck fish. i know everywhere your talkin about. the place with the stumps and trees is where i catch my bass. haha thanks for the tips tho
