Go by JB's fishcamp. Best Grouper sandwich around. Saturdays around Noon are the best. Ask for table # 36. Best view of the boats coming in. Get there a little early it can fill up quick.

First make sure you fill out the refuge pass and take it with you http://www.fws.gov/merrittisland/2009FishRegs.pdf and there are numerous locations to fish. Just cause the wind is blowingh hard in one place there does not mean its blowing hard everywhere. Plenty of places to hide.
