Excellent post. I need to start taking more pictures of you when we fish.
Ok for the rest of you on the forum, what is the easiest way to clean a sheephead. that is like cutting open a steel trap!

Nice job, guys. I was out in the soup at Lanark.
What were you using for bait? Looked like a jar of Gulp in one shot? Did the sheepies eat those? As far as cleaning, I use a serrated knife to get through the scales and skin and then work carefully around the rib cage with a regular filet knife. Not everyone cares for sheepshead, but I've always thought they were pretty tasty.

that gulp jar is an illusion. We caught the sheephead on shrimp under corks. Then we have found an exude space guppy fluke is really good on trout and reds.

Nice sheeps. Good to see a good report from somewhere, I haven't been in 3 months.

Gator we jsut kind of winded through the columns at the bridge. Dixiereb im with you that is the first time we had been down there in about 3 months too. Always seems like you can only fish when the fishing isnt any good
