On Freeze and Fish Mortality

Sho'nuf been cold lately.
Big Bend Brian's post showing iced-up marsh in NE Florida made me recall Louisiana's hard freeze of 1989. Really did lose a lot of trout and reds that winter.
Heck, caught several reds after the freeze with frostbite burns on their backs.
So I was wondering how this year's cold snap here in the Big Bend would affect the inshore fishery.
I would appreciate any discussion/information forum members might offer.
Anybody seen any ice in the marsh? Any belly-up?
