Took the day off today and went fishing with my wife and son. Since my wife was going I decided to be a little more leisurely about when we got there. Got to Ecofina at 8:30 and headed out. It was a little calmer today than sat so I tried a little top water, many strikes but only 1 caught. Stayed in the general area of where we caught them sat near Rock Island. water was murky and between 67-69 degrees all day. Color dejure was pinfish again(or anything similar with glitter in it). Cork no cork or on a spinner. Could not catch any pinfish except on accident. And the live bait pole only caught one sailcat. Not sure who caught what but my wife caught quite a few including the biggest of the day. We wound up with 2(18"),4(16"), and 8(15.125") trout. Also 20 or so 12-14" trout. I will post a pic when ever the pic I emailed to myself shows up. As always it's great to spend the day with my family out on the water.
