Left about 9 got the boat rinsed picked up the rest of our party was on the water before the crack of noon. Tide was heading back in and picked up a good red around hen and bitty kept at it a while. Went out to grind on the Trout. Had an old timer with me. He was murmering under his breath I was way to deep and that we would never catch fish where I dropped off plane. I got lined up and nailed 1st cast a 25" Trout he just scratched his head and started slinging bait. We caught a good fifty fish Jigs castmaster spoons etc... Never caught more flounder in a day had a crazy box Trout Blacks Flounder Spanish and A Redfish other than the Red all were caught in 7.5' to 9' off water we had a great day. Boat ran great I did blow up a real on a hookset. About sunset the fish boiled and we caught 6 Trout in three minutes.

WAM, thanks for the report. Were most of the action came before high tide? I fished a little shout of where you were and didnt do so well, but we only fish for trout for a couple of hours right at high tide. Great to know that they are still there. Need to go back to redeem myself in a couple of weeks.
