Mother's Day trip

It looks as if a lot of folks are concerned over the oil leak in the Gulf. I for one will be fishing as long as there are no closures, which by the way looks like there won't be any in the near future.
I promised Mom a fishing trip for Mother's Day. She chose Saturday as my Sister wants to go out to the movies Sunday. We are going to go to my secret Red fish spot then to JT's trout flat. Mom really enjoys fishing and i am going to get her out as much as possible through this oil leak situation.
It really is a shame that this has happened when it has. Our politicians were just starting to come around to the fact that as long as we are oil dependent for energy we will need to drill here and most likely drill now. I hope there will be some safety measures put in place so as not to hamper future efforts at Gulf oil drilling. Also I hope we find a cheap, renewable and clean energy resource soon.
Sorry to get off on a rant....I will post a report and hopefully pics tomorrow.
