Fed Waters off limit next week off Panacea?!

I'm hearing that the FWC is telling the commercial guys to get them quick because they are shutting down the fed waters next week. Fact or Fiction? I know the guys are out there now fishing as hard as they can.

It would be shut down in several other sectors first,but, that has not happened either.
It may be a fact sooner or later.
Right now I vote for rumor.

There have been no closure changes in the past 3 days. The forecast winds for the next several days is for SE and E winds. There should be no significant changes with the closures over the next several days.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who heard they are closing the waters off Panacea. I guess it's pretty serious.
