Grouper trip 7-10-10

Left the dock at 6 back at 11 for lunch. Went out of Panacea and had a great mourning. 3 Snapper and three nice grouper. The rest of the fish my son caught Friday mourning on the same numbers. He only kept his share of that trip though. They had 6 grouper total and he got the small ones!!!
I caught all three of the Snapper and the big gag on the table. The big Red Grouper came from yesterday as did the Rock Bass.








Not a bad mourning on the water. we debated fishing the tournament today but opted for the deeper water since my boat can't get out when it gets big. Hate we missed the tournament but sure glad we went.

Between 65 and 70 feet.

You should have done the tournament.
We changed it to a grouper and snapper tournament because of the nice weather this morning.
You would have won.

How was the weather as far as sea conditions out there today. Im thinking of going to cbell tomorrow.....

Not bad. Started at 1-2 and finished at 2-3. A little rough going out but not bad at all coming in. By the way my boat is a 17 Pro Line CC so had it been a 20 footer it would have been a piece of cake.
