Mapping options for GPS Chartplotter

Post by DeanMac »

I am highly considering a Lowrance HDS.

Should I go with the base map and buy a Navionics card

OR

Go with Lowrance Nautic Insight HD, best I can tell this option would be about $100 cheaper than the Navionics

I will mainly be going out of Carrabelle

Thanks in advance

Dean

I don't have one but my tournament partner does and it's PDC. I have the model from the year before which is nicer than the first one I had but the new ones are getting better every year.

Get mapcreate and build your own map.You can build custom maps for different areas and store on different cards. Love my Lowrance.
