Aucilla 10/3

Post by Xpress »

Had a good day, weather was beautiful. Hit that slack tide from 8 till 11 it was like glass. Tryed to redfish trolling motor wouldn't work I took the cover off the head and found a wire lose. The wire was hanging free and arcing off another wire and this had caused the ears to melt on the connecter. So I couldn't get it back running. It was a perfect day for redfishing too I was mad :x . So just decided to go trout fishing. Couldn't believe it but my buddy fishing with me caught a couple of nice trout while sitting in the creek while I worked on the trolling motor. Got back out trout fishing caught a bunch of shorts and lizard fish ended up with 9 keeper trout. Not a bad just a little frustrating with the trolling motor giving me trouble.
