crabs...

Post by SHOWBOAT »

Thought ya'll would enjoy some pics of the crabs we collected a couple weekends ago. We tried to catch some shrimp as well but were less successful; found some babies but no big'uns. Dinner was decent anyway :lick:

He always uses other peoples traps.
It has become the American way.
Why do it yourself when someone else can do it for you.

Yep, I think we've gotten change from Obama. He has pizzed so many people off that we can't even enjoy a picture of a great crab dinner without getting crabby about him. :smt012

too funny MD. Ya'll know Matt and I were collecting these suckers P.O. (pre-obama).

SD-I'm no show pig, but my standards are higher then gettin' crabs from others.

Unless I decide to fish the Cabella's tourney we may do it again this weekend.

Care to share your technique? Not location... I've only walked oyster bars at low tide looking for holes, then take a piece of cut bait and tie it to some mono with a little weight, drop it in the hole and wait for them to slowly make their way out then be quick on the net to scoop them up. After an hour or two my backs not so happy... Just curious how others are collecting claws. nice haul by the way.
