Thanks for the plug, TaleTails. We're very excited about how everything is shaping up. It'll be lots of detailed information to help those attending become better anglers, plus everyone will come away with some great stuff in the goody bags and door prizes.

FYI, we are offering a discount for junior anglers ages 12-16 if accompanied by an adult. Juniors can attend for only $25 extra, so bring your favorite fishing buddy along. (Because of the advanced instruction and all-day session, we're limiting the cut-off age to 12 and above).

Thanks and we hope to see many of you there. And we promise to teach even some of you "old dogs" a few new tricks!

There are still seats available for the Flats Pro Seminar, sponsored by Eagle Claw, scheduled for Saturday, February 12, 2011, at Shields Marina in St. Marks.

In addition to a full slate of expert instruction on how to catch more redfish, trout and other game fish on the flats of Apalachee Bay, there will be plenty of goodies to take home, too. Every attendee will receive a bag with Eagle Claw hooks, lures and other cool gear. We've also lined up some really cool door prizes, including Aqua Dream Living spoon kits, lures, Eagle Claw pliers and rigging scissors, boat stuff and plenty more. The grand prize drawing will be for a Blair Wiggins Inshore Slam medium-light spinning rod matched with a Wright & McGill Sabalos SAB-30 reel. Eagle Claw generously donated this combo. It retails for $240 and is the perfect outfit for targeting the bay.

A catered BBQ lunch by Wildfire Express is included with the registration fee.

With plenty of valuable information and tips for the novice and seasoned anglers alike, the Flats Pro Seminar is a great way to shorten the learning curve or add to your wealth of knowledge.

For more details or to register, visit www.captaindavelear.com and click on the Seminar tab on the home page.
