Perfect timing for my 1,000th post! With no fishing in recent weeks, I've had the chance to sit back and reflect on an amazing year of fishing. Like everyone, when the BP well started spilling I was worried sick over the impact it might have on our neck of the woods. Turns out that with only a dozen trips out, it was far and away the best year I've had to date.
